Trauma-Informed Leadership: Creating a Safe & Resilient Workplace is a transformative 90-minute seminar designed for leaders who aspire to foster supportive, empathetic, and high-performing workplace cultures. In today’s demanding and ever-evolving work environments, employees often face personal, organisational, and systemic stressors that can significantly impact their well-being and productivity. By adopting trauma-informed leadership principles, organisations can address these challenges while unlocking the full potential of their teams.

This seminar offers an in-depth exploration of how trauma affects individuals and workplace dynamics. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the types and impacts of trauma, including its emotional, cognitive, and behavioural effects on employees. Through a dynamic and engaging format, the session delves into the neuroscience of stress and highlights how workplace culture can either exacerbate or mitigate these effects.

Join us at March Huddle Up 2025, presented by The Huddle, to hear from Dr Nick Tellis—a dedicated and passionate General Practitioner with over two decades of experience in healthcare.

Dr Tellis’ journey in medicine has taken him from Rural GP Registrar to Rural GP, and from practice owner to founder. Today, he balances roles as a GP Supervisor, the operator of three thriving practices, and a member of multiple boards, all while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the medical field.

Outside of his professional commitments, Nick is a proud husband and father to two wonderful children. With an optimistic outlook and a drive to act and think with purpose, he’s a firm believer in the power of self-care and the vital role GPs play in fostering true wellbeing.

As Dr Tellis puts it: "Health is not just the absence of disease; it’s a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing," echoing the World Health Organization's vision. In the UK, your GP is your partner in achieving and maintaining this balance.

At March Huddle Up, Dr Tellis will share insights on how to prioritise self-care and the crucial role general practice plays in your health journey. Don’t miss the opportunity to be inspired and informed by his wealth of experience and enthusiasm for holistic healthcare.

Let’s talk self-care — together!

In this thought-provoking session, Bel Ryan invites you to step into the pages of your workplace story and explore the roles we all play, how they shape workplace culture, and what happens when the plot thickens.

Through this experiential seminar, you’ll uncover:

  • The characters we embody at work and how our behaviours influence team dynamics, morale, and culture.

  • The hidden scripts driving workplace challenges, from communication breakdowns to burnout, and how to spot them.

  • Simple yet powerful solutions to rewrite the narrative by embracing self-awareness, intentional communication, and self-directed leadership.

This session will inspire you to create a culture where collaboration, trust, and resilience thrive. Learn how to transform villains into allies, celebrate the unsung heroes, and inspire everyone to take the lead in their own story.

By the end, you’ll walk away with tools to build stronger relationships, create a positive workplace culture, and ensure the next chapter of your workplace story is one of success and connection.

Are you ready to read, renew or rewrite your workplace story? Let’s create a narrative where everyone plays their best role!
